This Privacy Policy explains how XCO Agency ("XCO", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Shopify applications and the websites at apps.xco.agency (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to all apps published by XCO Agency, including Claimify, Maestro Theme Scheduler, Bulk Edit & Product Scheduler, Gift Card Checker, Workify, and Rankify.

Information we collect

When you install one of our apps on your Shopify store, we may access and process:

• Store data — shop domain, store settings, and the specific resources each app needs to function (e.g. orders for returns, products for scheduling).
• Account data — the name and email associated with your Shopify account for support and billing.
• Usage data — app interactions, feature usage, and diagnostic logs used to improve reliability.

Each app only requests the Shopify scopes required for its features. We do not collect payment card details — billing is handled by Shopify.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the app's features.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (such as hosting and error monitoring), under agreements that require them to protect it, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain data while your app is installed and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, legal, and support purposes. When you uninstall an app, we delete or anonymize associated store data in line with Shopify's requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Merchants can also request data deletion at any time by contacting us. We honor Shopify's mandatory data subject and shop redaction webhooks.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.
