These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shopify applications and websites provided by XCO Agency ("XCO", "we", "us") at apps.xco.agency (the "Services"). By installing or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms, Shopify's terms, and applicable law. You are responsible for your store, your content, and the actions taken through the apps on your behalf.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify according to the pricing shown on each app's listing and landing page. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. You can change or cancel a plan from your Shopify admin; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
• Do not use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Do not resell or sublicense the apps without our written permission.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, add, or remove features, and we may modify these Terms; we will post the updated date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant app in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
