ORDA adds a tracking block to your theme. A shopper enters an order number and the email or phone on the order, and sees the fulfillment status, the carrier and tracking link Shopify already stored, and the items in each shipment. A delivery date shows when the shipment has one, and a product-page block can show a date from rules you set. The listing is a single free plan.

Everything you need

01
▣

Branded tracking page

Add the Order tracker block to a page on your store. Colours, font, and size come from the block in the theme editor.

02
⌕

Order number plus email or phone

The order number has to match the email on the order, or the phone on the order or its shipping address. A number on its own shows nothing.

03
📦

Status and tracking

A matched order shows fulfillment status and, when Shopify has them, the carrier name and tracking link. ORDA does not connect to a carrier account.

04
☰

Split shipments, item by item

Each shipment lists its own status, tracking, and the items in that parcel.

05
▦

A delivery date

The tracker shows an estimated delivery or a delivered date when the shipment has one. On the product page, a second block shows a date from rules you write.

What changed

Changes that matter when you use ORDA. A new note is added when something is ready for your store.

  1. A delivery estimate on the product page

    • Add the **Estimated delivery** block to a product page.
    • Before the daily cut-off, shoppers see the time left and the arrival window. After the cut-off, they see the window for an order placed today.
    • If no rule matches, the block stays blank.
  2. Rules for that date, and delivery performance

    • Add a delivery rule: cut-off time, processing days, and a transit range. Limit it to a country or a product tag, or leave it as the default.
    • The home page shows on-time delivery, average transit time, and delay rate.
  3. Colours and type on the tracker

    • In the theme editor, set the **Order tracker** block's background, text colour, font, and size.
  4. A phone number can match the order

    • A lookup still needs the order number.
    • It matches the email on the order, or the phone on the order or the shipping address.
  5. Order lookup on your store

    • A shopper enters an order number and the email on the order.
    • They see fulfillment and tracking on your store.
    • You can review lookups from the admin.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is ORDA free? +

Yes. The Shopify listing has one plan, and it is free. There is no paid tier.

What does a shopper enter? +

The order number, plus the email on the order or the phone on the order or its shipping address. They do not need an account. The two have to match before any order is shown.

Does it sync with FedEx, UPS, or other carriers? +

It does not connect to carrier accounts. It shows the status, carrier, and tracking link already stored on the fulfillment in Shopify. If that fulfillment names FedEx, UPS, or another carrier, that is what the shopper sees.

Where does the delivery date come from? +

On a matched order, the date is the estimated delivery or delivered date on the shipment, when Shopify has one. On a product page, the Estimated delivery block uses rules you set: a cut-off, processing days, and a transit range, for a country or a product tag.

Can I see the lookups? +

Yes. The home page totals them and shows delivery performance for the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time. All Requests lists each lookup as found or not found.

The lookup says the order does not match. +

The email or phone must be the one on the order. The order number alone is not enough.

Does this create a tracking number? +

No. ORDA shows the fulfillment and the tracking link Shopify already has.

The date on the product page looks wrong. +

Open the delivery rules. The estimate uses those rules. It does not invent a carrier date.

Split shipments show one number. +

Open the order lookup. Each fulfillment Shopify already has should show its own tracking link.

A shopper says the log is wrong. +

Compare the order number and the email or phone they typed with the order in Shopify. A mismatch does not open the order.

Does the log create tracking? +

No. It records lookups. Tracking is the link Shopify already stored when you fulfilled the order.
