Answer 'where is my order' on the storefront
Where-is-my-order is rarely a hard question. It is a repeated one. The answer is already on the order: fulfilled or not, and a tracking number if the carrier has one.
ORDA asks the shopper for an order number and an email or phone, checks that pair, and shows the fulfillment detail. Support stops being the search box. You still see a log of lookups, which is useful when the same order is checked five times. That pattern usually means the tracking number itself is stale, not that the page failed.
The app is free. There is no upgrade hiding the lookup.
It will not invent a tracking number the fulfillment does not have. If your warehouse marks orders fulfilled with no number, the page will honestly have nothing to track. Fix that operational gap and the self-serve page starts paying for the inbox time it removes.
