Points for creating an account, placing an order, buying products you pick, opening a link, a date such as a birthday, or a custom product field the shopper fills in.
Levels
Starter, Bronze, and Silver are ready when you install. Each level has a points threshold and can add a discount, cashback, and a points boost.
Store credit
When a member orders, their level's cashback percentage of the product total is added to Shopify store credit.

Give a level a discount percentage. Prizify creates a Shopify discount and moves members onto it when they reach that level.

Where do customers see points? +
On the storefront widget. In the theme editor, turn on the Prizify app embed and save. A shopper needs a store account and must be signed in to join.
What can points turn into? +
Points move a customer up levels. A level can pay cashback as Shopify store credit when they order, and it can carry a discount. Prizify does not run referrals, review rewards, or points before the shopper has an account.
What does it cost? +
The listing has a free plan that does not expire, and Plus at $19 a month with a 7-day free trial. Both are billed by Shopify. In the current app, Plus does not raise the limit: one challenge at a time on either plan.
A member says points did not show up. +
Open the member and the recent activity. Confirm the order is paid and that the way they earned points is one you turned on.
Can I give credit without points? +
Store credit in this app is the redemption of points. Set the rate before you tell members they can convert.
A small order completed the challenge. +
Add a minimum quantity or a minimum spend. Without that, any qualifying product can complete it.
Where do I see points that have not been spent? +
On the program home, with the tier split and recent activity.
Every member got the boost. +
The boost is on more than one tier, or it was set as the base rate. Open each tier and leave the boost only where you want it.
Store credit used the old rate. +
The redemption rate is separate from the earning boost. Check both before you announce the change.
